After spending over a decade climbing the retail ladder, I know what it takes to create an engaging and effective learning experience for my employees. But effective facilitation is only half of the equation—amazing learning experiences start with how they're designed behind the scenes. That's why I decided to make the leap into eLearning and instructional design, where I could blend my passion for training with innovative design strategies to enhance employee competencies and performance.

Today, I use all the skills from my past experiences to help organizations design and develop best-in-class learning experiences. Weather I'm creating an instructor-led workshop, an interactive eLearning course, or a simple job aid, my goal is to design learning experiences that people love and delivers results.
